1. Nature of the service
Gillani Ibne Gillani Travel & Tours may assist with travel planning and arrangements involving third-party airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators, insurers and official authorities. Unless expressly stated in writing, those third parties provide the underlying travel service and apply their own conditions.
2. Quotations, prices and confirmation
A quotation is an invitation to review available options; it is not a reservation or guarantee. Prices, taxes, exchange rates, seats, rooms and package availability may change without notice until the booking is confirmed in writing and the required payment is accepted.
The traveller should review names, dates, routes, baggage, hotel, room type, occupancy, transfers, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation rules before approving a proposal. Any discrepancy should be raised immediately.
3. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for supplying accurate names and document details, checking passport validity, obtaining required visas and permits, meeting health and vaccination rules, arriving on time and complying with the laws and entry conditions of each destination and transit point.
Traveller names should match passports exactly before ticketing. Costs caused by incorrect or late information may be charged by the relevant supplier and may be non-refundable.
4. Visas, immigration and pilgrimage permissions
Visa assistance is administrative support only. Embassies, consulates, immigration departments and pilgrimage authorities control application decisions, quotas, interviews, biometrics, processing times and entry. No approval or processing time can be guaranteed.
Fees paid to authorities or service centres may be non-refundable even if an application is delayed or refused. A visa does not guarantee entry; border officers retain the final decision.
5. Supplier conditions and schedule changes
Airlines, hotels and other suppliers may change schedules, aircraft, rooms, services or operating conditions. Reasonable assistance may be offered when changes occur, but the available remedy is governed by the supplier’s rules and applicable law.
6. Payments, changes, cancellations and refunds
Payment deadlines and accepted methods should be stated with the proposal or invoice. Never send money to an account or person that has not been independently confirmed as an official Gillani Ibne Gillani payment channel.
Changes, cancellations, no-shows and refunds are subject to the booked supplier’s rules and any disclosed service charges. Some airline tickets, hotel rates, visa fees, pilgrimage services and promotional packages may be partly or wholly non-refundable. Refund timing may depend on the supplier returning funds.
7. Events outside reasonable control
Travel may be affected by weather, strikes, public-health measures, border restrictions, political events, natural disasters, supplier failure or other events outside reasonable control. Alternative arrangements and refunds, if any, depend on availability, supplier conditions and applicable law.
